Underground and overhead utilities necessary to operate the WIJ River Pipeline, including, without limitation, an underground pipeline that may be constructed in the existing road to connect with the existing pumping station located on Jaffee Park, an above-ground pipeline, and overhead electric Jines; c. Ingress and egress along the existing road more fully described in Book 426 at Page 279 of the real property records of Pitkin County, Colorado and depicted on Exhibit "C"; and d.
