QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS OEED, made this 2L day of ..NoV. ~ ,2000, between GAARD HOPKlNS
MOSES of the County of Pitkin and State of Colorado, Grantor, and SMUGGLER MOUNTAIN
LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, Grantee, whose legal address is c/o Harley A. Baldwin
II, 205 South Galena, Aspen, Colorado 81611.
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has
remised, released, sold and QUITCLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell and
QUITCLAIM unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, ail the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which Grantor has in and to the real property, together with improvements, if any, situate,
lying and being in the County of Pitkin and State of Colorado, described as follows:
30,000 sq. ft. ofreal property in the B&M Patented Lode Mining Claims, being a part
ofD.S. Mineral Survey No. 5304 located in Section 7, Township 10 South, Range
84 West of the 6th P.M. Dimensions are approximately 125' x 240' and include land
surrounded by existing road.
Also known by street and number as: vacant land.
Assessor's schedule or parcel number: J (~() l #-
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatsoever, of Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
