J. Sardy; Commissioners Clyde Vagneur and J. Sterling Baxter; Administrative Assistant Terry McAnnany. .. Vice C~airman Vagneur called this meeting to order expressly and hear the pros and cons regarding the 3.2 beer license request of the Roaring Fork Grocery. He acknowledged the presence of Mr. Joe Edwards representing Cecelia Rigsby, petitioner for the 3.2 beer li~ense. Proof of publication was re- ceived to satisfy the statutory requirements in add- ition to the application and a number of letters from people in the immediate area approving of this license request. ~-- /! 1 The Board di,scussed the application with the applicant and satisfied themselves there is a need , that does exist for this type of facility and that , , the applicant has met the basic requirements. The request was made to the floor for any comments opposing or any agreement with the issuants of a 3.2 beer license to the applicant. There being no one present this matter was closed and the Public Hearing on this beer license the Board unamiously agreed to issue a 3.2 beer license to the Roaring Fork Grocery in the name of Cecelia Rigsby. This issuance is contingent upon satisfaction of the legal requirements of both the State Liquor and the County Clerk's office in regarding forms and checks as such. was There being adjourned.
