It is our understanding that the applicant will have a dill rig access the property to drill a water well. The impact to the property is to be the placement of approximately 50-60 yards of fill material to build a temporary road from Little Annie Rd to the well site. This road will be approximately 10 ft wide and 4-5 deep at the largest depth.
