The Maroon Creek Culvert replacement (the "Agreement") dated 27 th day of April, 2007
between Pitkin County (the "County") and Aspen Digger Inc. 0075 Sopris Avenue Carbondale, CO
81623 (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Ill. Payment. The County agrees to pay, and the Contractor agrees to accept, in full payment for the
performance of this Contract, the total price of Thirty-Two thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and No
Cents ($ 32,800.00)
in accordance with this Contract, subj ect to increase or decrease in accordance with the provisions of this
Contract; but any payment by the County may be offset by any amount the Contractor owes the County
for any reason.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by
this Amendment.
