The application we received did not contain the requisite Certificate of Insurance. The County requires satisfactory evidence of General Liability insurance with an Each Occurrence limit of $1,000,000, and a General Aggregate limit of $2,000,000. Pitkin County needs to be named as an Additional Insured under the policy. If you have any questions about this, you can contact our Risk Manager at 970-429-2795. The Certificate of Insurance should be faxed to her at 970-920-5049. We will hold off on the permit application until November 29th with the expectation that you'll be able to get this documentation in by then.
