Re: Variance application submitted for Lot 2 Block 3 in
Aspen Grove.
Gentlemen;
'~~e the undersigned residents and/or owners of property
in Aspen Grove request that the Board deny the application for
a det-back variance for a garage.
We believe that allowing a set-back variance for a
garage at this location would not be in keeping with the
prior master planning for the Aspen Grove area. The natural
beauty of the road through the Aspen Grove area has been main-
tained by the prior compliance with the set back regulation
and a disregard of the foresight shown by this prior planning
would be regrettable. A11 people using the Aspen Grove
A'1cSkimming Road would be immediately aware of the non-conformity
of a garage which would. be built as proposed by the requested
set back variance. The location of Lot 2 Block 3 is on a corner
which would make the proposed. garage all the more visible as
it would detract from the otherwise tree-lined roadside. Your
responsible action is requested by denying the variance appli-
cation for Lot 2 :Block 3 of Aspen Grove.
