This is to certify that on the 11th day of Apri I, 1975, there was
a survey made by SCARROW AND WALKER,INC., of the improvements on
Lot 7, Block 2, Brush Creek Vi I lage, County of Pitkin, State of
Colorado, as shown on the plat fi led in the office of the Clerk
and Recorder Pitkin County, Colorado. There was found a two story
house of frame construction with concrete foundation and wood
shingle roof to be located as shown on this plat. The location
