Re: Applications for Variances from Red
Mountain Ranch Lot Owners
Dear Bill:
It has come to the attention of the Board of the Association
that the architect employed to design a residence on Lot 5, Block 3
of Red Mountain Ranch is applying for a variance concerning the height
limitations on residential construction in Pitkin County.
As of this date, the proposed improvements have not been reviewed
by the Architectural Committee, and we request that no variances be
granted prior to preliminary approval by the Red 'Mountain Ranch
Architectural Committee. Our architectural review process entails
two phases, and residence designs may be given preliminary approval
prior to completion of contract documents, at which time an owner or
his architect may apply for any variance that seems appropriate to
the Architectural Committee.
Respectfully,
~~4;~
Donnelley Erdman
Chairman
