The Jail Nurse Contract (the "Agreement") dated December 31. 2006
between Pitkin County (the "County") and Cathie Wontor (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended
as follows:
"At the expiration of the initial term, the contract may be extended for an additional term
of two years..."
The contract is extended until December 31 2008.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by
this Amendment.
