question. Applicant's description of proposed variance showing justification:
1) Effectively all of the existing house is within 751 of the public road making it
impossible to add an addition anywhere under the setback code.
2) ,The east-west,dimension of the"property is plus or minus 1001 in the area of the
existing building, making building in those directions impossible.
3) The addition cannot be built to the north of the house because that is the location
" of the sewer system and leeching field~ also we would lose th.e southern exposure.
4) The irregular shape of the addition is built around existing trees to maintain
cover.
The south end of the lot is well covered with pine trees that will make the
addition less visable year round than any other location.
5) The existing driveway will remain unchanged. It currently ,~ocatedso that it will run
parallel to the addition and on the west side. There will :' .'
