The Pitkin County Landscaping ConstnJction Contract (the "Agreement") dated June 22,
2006 between Pitkin COlDlty (the "County") and The Landscape Workshop, Inc.(the
"Contractor''), is hereby amended as follows:
II. Scope of Work and Work Schedule
Add reviscd schedule m as outlined in the attached Exhibit A, which includes
Additional Irrigation System Improvements and a revised Schedule ID scope
reduction and plan, total cost not to exceed $287,026.00. Schedule III work as
described is to be completed no later than August 31, 2007.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by
this Amendment.

Exhibit A
Additional Irrigation System Improvements
Pump and Wet Well
FW Submersible 71/2 Hp pump installed in a 48" diameter wet well. (Wet well Is 48"
wide x 14' deep to accommodate future pump requirements if the airport expands).
The pump requires 230 volt, single phase power.
The station shall include:
Mechanical Components
1 ea 7.5 HP FW 6" Submersible Pump (pump, motor and control box)
1 ea 4" gate valve at wet well
1 ea Galvanized pipe assy. to suspend pump into wet well
1 ea 1" Air release valve
1 ea Wye strainer for filtration
1 ea 14" intake pipe to supply wet wen wI spin clean on intake
Please note: All electrical hook up is by others, we will trench and backfill for line to
transformer.
Irrigation system
Upsize the existing irrigation mainline to 4" class 200 gasketed PVC pipe, change
the irrigation system to a Hunter Irrigation two wire path system with decoders and
an ICC Controller. (This allows for future expansion of the Irrigation system,
additions in future years etc.)
