in question. Applicant's 'description of proposed variance showing
justification:
The proposed structure is a removable sign. It is "sandwiche"
style, ~1 ~ ~I~~n size, advertising drinks and sandwiches. It
would be;'~1fac~d at the middle of the parking lot edge, approximately
10 ft. off the road. This would place it out of the way of buses
stopping and cars parking, yet still visible to traffic on Maroon
Creek Road. It would be in place only from 10:30 a.m. til 5:00p.m.,
being brought in at night.
We believe the sign is necessary to alert/attract business
because of the placement of the "Last Stand" building. It is
approximately 200 feet off the road, has trees planted in front
and is painted dark colors, required by the City. Therefore,
it does not catch your eye while driving by. Past response by ,. j
