ACCEPTANCE OF SAGE WAY AND FRONT WAY FOR MAINTENANCE
AS PITKIN COUNTY ROADS

RECITALS
Whereas,the Board of County Commissioners has determined
1. That as part of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement for the North Forty PUD
Subdivision the County agreed to accept .27 miles of Sage Way and .12 miles of Front Way for
maintenance as County Roads.
2. That the County Engineer has inspected and accepted the full length of the two roads.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it does hereby accept Sage Way and Front Way as Pitkin County
Roads with the understanding they will be added to the County Road Maintenance Program.
INTRODUCED, FIRST READ, ON THE 1 st DAY OF November ,2000.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED AFTER FIRST READING ON THE 1 st DAY OF
