Requesting a twenty inch height variance where 20 feet is the maximum
accessory height allowed to the roof mid-point to allow for the repair
of the roof on the detached residential garage. This parcel contains
2.388 acres and is located in the AFR-10 zone district.
The applicant will not be needing setback variances due to the drainage
issues mentioned in the application.
