NEW BUSINESS:

Requesting approval fora 94 foot Front Yard setback variance where 100 feet and 50 feet respectively are required
for this 25.56 acre pazcel in the AFR-10 zone district to permit a 544 squaze foot tractor shed.
08-2004 City of Aspen / Pitlcin County
Highway 82 and Service Center Drive
Requesting an Arterial Highway Setback variance where 200 feet is required from the Highway 82 right-of--way, and
Side and Rear Yazd setback variances where 10 feet and 10 feet respectively are required for this 1.1 acre pazcel in
the PUB zone district for grade changes greater than four feet in height within required setbacks.
