The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, met at
10:00 o'clock AM with the following members present: Q1CE Chairman J. Sterling
Baxter; Chairman Yayne Vagneur absent having been excused; Commissioners T. J.
Sandy; Peggy E. Coble, Clerk; Terry McAnnany.
