RESOLUTION 76- S ~
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSE AND RECORD
BUDGETED REVENUES, IN EXCESS OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Estate of Judge Shaw has donated the sum of $2,000 for
the use of Pitkin County Library,
WHEREAS, William James has donated the sum of $25 in memory of
Richard Car-skaden for the use of Pitkin County Library,
WHEREAS, the $2,025 will be used from time to time for purchasing
books and materials by the Pitkin County Library,
WHEREAS. the funds donated of $2,025 will be recognized as revenues
to the Library Fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Pitkin, Colorado:
1. That the 1976 appropriation for the Library Fund is hereby
increased by $2,025 from $127,205 to $129,230,
2. That the 1976 estimated revenues for the Library Fund are
increased by $2,025.
