RESOLUTION 76-~~
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES AND RECORD
BUDGETED REVENUES, IN EXCESS OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Resolution 76-25 dated February 23, 1976 is hereby rescinded
and replaced by this Resolution 76-56,
WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Library has projected additional expenses for
equipment, furniture, maintenance contracts and other needed public services,
WHEREAS, there is $8,000 in unappropriated surpluses in the Pitkin
County Library Fund,
WHEREAS, this contingency could not have been reasonably foreseen at
the time of adoption of the 1976 budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Pitkin, Colorado:
1. That the 1976 appropriation for the Library Fund be increased
by $8,000 from $119,205 to $127,205,
2. That the unappropriated fund balance for the Library Fund be
decreased by $8,000.
