RESOLUTION 76-(~ U
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES AND RECORD
BUDGETED REVENUES, IN EXCESS OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Aspen Historical Society has need of an additional $250
for completing the inventory of historical buildings in Pitkin County,
WHEREAS, $1,000 was already appropriated to the Aspen Historical
Society in the Human Resources Department for the 1976 budget,
WHEREAS, this contingency could not have reasonably been foreseen
at the time of the adoption of the 1976 budget,
WHEREAS, there is $250 in unappropriated surpluses in the Social
Services Fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Pitkin, Colorado:
1. That the 1976 appropriation for the Social Services Fund-Human
Resources Department be increased by $250 from $125,582 to
$125,832,
2. That the unappropriated fund balance for the Social Services
Fund be decreased by $250.
