WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission
has initiated a rezoning of a certain area of the Crystal River
Valley from Planned Residential (PR) to Residential (R-6 P.U.D.)
specifically described as located in the northwest corner of
Section 29 T. lOS, R88t~1 and shown on sheet 6 of the Pitkin County
Maps, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 26, 1976,
before the Pitkin County Commissioners to consider said rezoning
and at such time no persons voiced objection to the rezoning, and
WHEREAS, the rezoning is not inconsistent with the As en
Area General Plan as amended, and
WHEREAS, the Planned Residential zone (PR) has been deleted
from the zoning code of Pitkin County and the R-6 zone is comparible
in density to the previous planned residential zone,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Pitkin County
Commissioners hereby rezone the northwest corner of Section 29, T. R88t~1,
as shown on sheet 6 of the Pitkin County Zoning Maps from Planned
Residential (PR) to Residential-6 P.U.D. (R-6 P.U.D).
