RESOLUTION #76-
PERSONNEL CHANGE IN CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS in March 15, 1975, the County Commissioners, along
with the other signatories agreed to the provisions of Resolution #75-5
entitled "Pay Plan and Personnel Policy Agreement," and
WHEREAS, Resolution #75-5 states in part, "Pitkin County
job classifications and number of positions authorized for each
department," and such positions and job classifications are negotiated
at budget time each year, and
WHEREAS, administrative changes within the Department of the
Board of County Commissioners have resulted in a change in duties and
responsibilities for one of the positions within that department;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that effective August 1, 1976,
the position of Executive Assistant at Grade 13 be abolished and that
the position of Special Administrative Assistant at Grade 14 (Step 2)
be authorized for the Department of the Board of County Commissioners,
and that the Finance Director be instructed to transfer funds as needed
to cover this position.
