RESOLUTION #76-
PERSODTNEL CHANGE IN CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS in March 15, 1975, the County Commissioners, along
with the other signatories agreed to the provisions of Resolution #75-5
entitled "Pay Plan and Personnel Policy Agreement," and
WHEREAS, Resolution #75-5 states in part, "Pitkin County job
classifications and number of positions authorized for each department,"
and such positions and job classifications are negotiated at budget
time each year, and
WHEREAS, administrative changes within the Department of Environ-
mental Health have resulted in a change in duties and responsibilities
for one of the positions within that department;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that effective August 1, 1976,
the position of Sanitarian I at Grade 13 be vacated and that the position
of Director of Environmental Health at Grade 18 be reactivated for the
Department of Environmental Health and that the Finance Director be so
informed.
