A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO
DEFRAY EXPENSE AND RECORD BUDGETED REVENUES IN EXCESS
OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO
WHEREAS it is desirable to print more Land Use Codes for sale by the
Planning Department to interested parties; and
WHEREAS, this contingency could not have reasonably been foreseen
at the time of the adoption of the 1976 budget; and
WHEREAS, sales of the Land Use Codes will more than offset the
printing costs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado:
1) That the 1976 appropriation for the General Fund be increased by
$900.00.
2} That the 1976 available budgeted revenues for the General Fund be
increased by $900.00.
