A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF MONEY TO
DEFRAY EXPENSE AND RECORD BUDGETED REVENUES, IN EXCESS
OF AMOUNTS BUDGETED FOR THE COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the need for purchasing property adjacent to the airport
exists; and
WHEREAS, there is a grant available from the Department of Trans-
portation-FAA which requires a 10% County match of approximately $205,077; and
WHEREAS, this contingency could not have reasonably been foreseen at
the time of the adoption of the 1976 budget; and
WHEREAS, there will be adequate funds available from the sale of
Airport Revenue Bonds for this match.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Pitkin, Colorado:
1) That the 1976 appropriation for the Airport Fund be increased by
$205,077.
2) That the 1976 available budgeted revenues for the Airport Fund be
increased by $205,077.•
