CONCERNING MEADOW RANCH CONDOMINIUMS
WHEREAS, the developer of the Meadow Ranch Condominium project, the
Snowmass Corporation, processed the project through subdivision approval, com-
mencing August, 1973 and concluding July 7, 1975; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision approval provided for 60 comdominium units,
including four four-plex sites and ten duplex sites, all of which were approved
as separate, conveyable real property interests; and
WHEREAS, by virtue of the subdivision of said sites into separate
units, the owners of said sites may transfer all the interests therein by means
of a deed thereto; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said sites, prospective purchasers of condo-
minium units, and the Pitkin County Commissioners wish to establish that all
matters set forth by the foregoing preamble truly reflect that which has pre-
viously taken place in this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
1) That the Board of Commissioners, Pitkin County, Colorado, has hereby
determined that the subdivision approval granted to the Meadow Ranch Condo-
minium project on July 7, 1975, did extend the approval to the division
of all condominium sites, including the approval to the division of all
condominium sites, including duplex and four-plex sites, into 60 separate
condominium units; and
2) That ail of such condominium units, including units located upon
duplex and four-plex sites, need not be further re-subdivided in order
fora unit to be conveyed to a prospective purchaser.
3) That all conveyances of such units may be accomplished by the
delivery and recordation of a deed thereto adequately describing said unit.
