BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND AUTHORITIES
AND DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL AGENDA POSTING PLACE

RECITALS
l. The Pitkin County Commissioners are the duly elected representatives of the voters of
Pitkin County.
2. As such, the Pitkin County Commissioners serve on various Boards, Committees, and
Authorities concerned with significant local issues and activities. At their work session on
December 18, 2007 the Board of County Commissioners discussed these various committees and
now wish to make the following appointments:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that these appointments are to be effective immediately
and will remain in effect for the balance of 2008 unless it is necessary to change such appointments
at a later time, which will be done by subsequent Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the designated public place for posting information and times
regarding Board of County Commissioner meetings will be the main floor lobby of the Courthouse
on the agenda bulletin board. Each agenda will be posted no less than 24 hours prior to the holding
of the meeting. Regular Board of County Commissioner Meetings will begin at 12 Noon.
